RCDE…
Floodlights in the RCDE series are explosion protected items of operating equipment for incandescent and high pressure discharge lamps. They are suitable for lighting large areas and buildings in potentially explosive atmospheres at medium and high suspension heights, and may be used in Zones 1, 2 as well as 21 and 22.

Thanks to their tough design, this lighting series is ideal both for offshore oil and gas drilling installations as well as in industrial, refinery and chemicals installations. The lighting series is designed with type of protection “Ex d”. Various lamp fittings with a max. power consumption of up to 500W (depending on design) are available as illuminants. For the electrical connection, depending on the design, one or two ¾” NPT threaded holes are provided to house the cable glands or blanking plugs, approved for the explosion protected area. An adjustable swivel bracket is available for wall and ceiling mounting of this lighting series.
